Our team at More at Work mainly consists of professionals who have worked for large corporations and governmental agencies. With their extensive knowledge they know what is required for a certain position. Moreover, we use advanced tools which we developed in-house to match candidates with companies.

In addition, we find the human factor particularly important. We will enter into a sustainable partnership based on clear communication and respect.

The scientific consensus is clear. The world confronts an urgent carbon problem. The carbon in our atmosphere has created a blanket of gas that traps heat and is affecting the world’s climate. Already, the planet’s temperature has risen by 1 degree Celsius. If we don’t limit emissions, and temperatures continue to climb, science tells us that the results will be catastrophic. Our goal at More at Work is to have our yearly carbon footprint net zero. We measure and compensate our carbon emission by planting trees through the foundation Trees for All.

Our goal is to select a charity that helps people in need and donate a fixed amount per successful project.

This year we have decided to support the Nona Foundations. NONA Foundation is a small independent non-profit organization run by volunteers, that is dedicated to girl victims of sexual abuse and human trafficking in Sri Lanka. Since 2005, NONA foundation has developed various impactful projects to ensure that girls in Sri Lanka have the chance for a promising and meaningful life.

Through our network we often come into contact with refugees who would like to work, but who cannot easily find a job. Our professionals are happy to assist these people in their job search. We have already been able to link many refugees with companies and it turned out to be a perfect match.
